What We Ate...

After your wonderful feedback on my first What We Ate post and recommendation of some amazing recipes, I decided to make What We Ate a haphazard series. Who knows how often there will be a post or how long before the posts are filled with frozen pizzas, but let's give it a shot! Like last time, here are six easy meals we had in a week and recommend, with quick (not-all-that-pleasant-looking) iPhone photos taken seconds before every last bite was inhaled.

As always, I'd love to know what you're eating these days.

1. Halibut fish tacos
2. Coconut chicken curry
3. Crispy chickpea and caper spaghetti
4. Turkey, spinach, brie and apple panini and tomato soup
5. Meat and cheese lasagna 
6. Trader Joe's BBQ chicken pizza. Because I'm honest.
