Happy List! {by Meghan}

Friday, September 4, 2015

Hello!!! Did you have a good week? It was the first week of a new job for me and I took on a big freelance project in the middle of it, so I'm all out of adrenaline and ready to crash ... hard ... just in time for a 10-hour road trip. We're off to Kansas City later today to celebrate a friend's wedding, go to a baseball game and hug friends and family we haven't seen in some time.

Before we wrap up this week and start the long weekend (yahoo!), here's a happy list from my friend Meghan, who makes the most delicious, simple dinners and throws the best get togethers, whether it's a crawfish boil or getting a group of girls together to lead workouts in her backyard. She's always encouraging, generous and has a jaw-dropping dress for her upcoming wedding. We were all giddy when she showed us a few months ago ;-)

10 things that are making Meghan smile as of late:

1. My super smart, funny, handsome partner (and our little West Coast elopement adventure in three weeks!).
2. Cooking for and with the people I love.
3. That heart-thumping, tingly feeling when lining up at the start of a race.
4. Jumping into a cold, clear, northern Ontario lake.
5. My Sunday morning ritual: long run, pot of coffee, cat snuggles and "Meet the Press."
6. Rare visits from my brother and sister, who live way too far away.
7. Sea turtles.
8. Aspen trees, especially on a windy day when their leaves look like glitter confetti.
9. Wine.
10. Throwing a party and filling our home with all the best people.

Thank you for sharing, Meghan!

  1. This is the place for a beautiful wedding. The ceremony was held in the dining hall, which commands a breath-taking view of the city. I only wish I appreciated wedding venues Los Angeles more when I was there. Oh well. You live and learn.

  3. Hello, I am Monalisa. After being in relationship with my husband for years, he broke up with me. I did everything within my reach to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so badly because of the love I had for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. I explained my problem to my friend and she suggested that I should rather contact a spell caster that could help me cast a spell to bring him back , I had no choice than to try it. I messaged the spell caster, and he assured me there was no problem and that everything will be okay before three days. He cast the spell and surprisingly on the second day, my husband called me. I was so surprised, I answered the call all he said was that he was so sorry for everything that had happened He wanted me to return to him. He also said he loved me so much. I was so happy and went to him that was how we started living together happily again. The spell casters email is : [dredesspellcaster@gmail.com].
