15 Minute Creamy Avocado Pasta

How's your week going, booboos? Nothing new around here, except a couple impulse online purchases, catching up on a billion shows (why is no one talking about this season of Girls? Let's talk about this season of Girls), dodging all the subway crazies who must have been hibernating, and trying to drink 64 ounces of water only to realize I'm barely squeezing in 30 and we're supposed to have as many ounces as the pounds we weigh, which is more than 64 around here, which means we have to get serious next week, guys. But that's next week. 

This isn't really a recipe post, it's more of a recipe reminder. Remember when I made those zucchini noodles with avocado cream sauce? I forgot about that delicious sauce for six long months, but this week it's all I've been eating, and I promise to not go another six more months (or days, really) without it. The avocado is such a good substitute for cream, and the healthy fats in it make your skin glow and hair shine, so a million more servings it is.
