Go Meatless For Two Weeks

When I first made my 25 at 25 list, I decided to add going meatless on it, but a vegan friend told me that was too easy and to challenge myself to also cut out dairy. So, here we go! I live on cheese and eggs, so this is going to be tough. On the other hand, I don't like milk at all, and I've been thinking I'm lactose intolerant for the past year, so this will be a good test. Any suggestions for delicious meals, my dears?
