Oreo Pops

I went to a Super Bowl party last weekend. I knowwwwww. Brian even said, "If you're going to a Super Bowl party, everyone must be going to a Super Bowl party." Aside from my feelings towards sports, I usually avoid these things because nobody else does, which means my apartment building's washing machine is likely to be free and grocery store lines are short (two things that make me unreasonably happy). But I got into the spirit this year, and I thought about making chicken wings or a taco dip, but went with these Oreo pops because if I was going to do the Super Bowl, I was going to do it on my own terms  with sprinkles.

White chocolate
Double Stuffed Oreos
Sucker sticks

Melt the chocolate. Pour the sprinkles onto a plate.

Remove one side of the Oreo cookie and place sucker stick in the chocolate. Put a small amount of melted chocolate on one side of the cookie to help create a bond to the other half. Place the other Oreo cookie back on top of the cookie filling.

Let the Oreo pops sit for several minutes to allow the chocolate to setup and create a bond. Dip a cookie into the melted chocolate. Cover both sides then tap off the excess chocolate.

Place one side of the Oreo pop in the sprinkles. Place the sprinkled cookies on wax paper and allow to setup for 20-30 minutes.
